DrawPlus x5 Install Key not recognized

I had to wipe my laptop and now I need to reinstall my purchased copy of DrawPlus x5 but the install key I have is not being recognized.  I've been using it for years and don't have any need to upgrade, which I can't afford to do anyway. Is there a way to request a new key? There's not even a proper support section, just these forums.

 

HELP, please.
