If I enter the path within a posting as text I get a 403 Error (that's why I used a screenshot):

It will be a security protection that may be mis-behaving, or a bit too strict. Text strings are examined to see if they appear to be trying to attack the infrastructure that runs the forum, for example someone trying to perform an SQL-injection attack against the backend database. I've hit at least two of these myself, and I've seen some other reports.

The Serif team may be able to adjust the script that applies those protections, so it's good to have it reported. One of the moderators will respond.

Note that this is not related to the beta applications, and probably would be better posted elsewhere, but there's no obviously good location for it.

I work in cybersecurity, and I do think that the message is intentionally like that to hide what kind of database the forums use although I assume its MySQL although I don't know for sure.

It's a bit weird it would throw a 403 outright like this, but it makes sense if like @walt.farrell said, that it may just be something in place on remote end to prevent SQL Injection. (A great thing) You could screenshot the path you were trying to write out that kept throwing the error and DM to an admin just in case it is something going through that absolutely should not be.

Been good to see you having fun with this feature. tbh the main objective of the feature was to make it easy to move an object (and now rotate of course) by a specified value. We originally planned to just have an option to either just move or duplicate a single copy to new location. But then thought useful to add ability to create multiple copies at the same time - effectively power duplicate but with ability to specify number of duplicates rather than hitting cmd-J n times.

I want to be clear we do not consider this something which could become a blend tool, pattern maker or replicate / distribute type tool - we can do a better job of that functionality in other ways. Some of which might be in a >2.2 beta in the not too distant future ;)

It a very great thing otherwise someone with the right skills would be able to leak all 180,000 email addresses and passwords stored in the backend of the forums
