Problem with color flow, seperate areas from my shape and other problems (Logo) affinity Designer

Recommended Posts

Hey people. I have the following questions about creating a logo (just an example image)

1. I have divided my hexagon into individual areas. How do I get it out that you no longer see these triangles and lines and it has a smooth transition? I've already deleted the individual lines, but somehow you can still see these things.

2. How do I get that the colors flow into each other similar to the example pictures in the attachment?

3. In certain places you can still see the white. Why is that? Were the lines not precise enough? Although it should actually do that automatically

4. How do I get the letters all the same distance from the edge? Do I have to do something with my letters?

The light edges are probably caused by antialiasing and/or imprecise triangle creation and/or positions.

The varying text / shape distance to the outer hexagon is caused by different angles + lengths of the individual parts of the 'letters'.

For smooth colour edges you don't need to divide the polygon into several shapes but can assign an according gradient (7 nodes, first + last node with the same colour):

Alternatively, if you prefer to work with separate triangles, you can assign the gradient to all selected triangles together. Once applied the gradient section is maintained with each triangle.

Oh that makes it all the easier of course. I guess I chose the more complicated way lol. Thank you very much for your quick help!
