Unable to update 2.1.0 to 2.1.1

I am unable to update my affinity suite. Whenever I try to update it doesn't start and shows a fail error message. I have tried multiple times. I am attaching a SS, please help me with it.

Hi Jishnu, Please could you try downloading the latest version from where you originally purchased the app and then try running the installer to update rather than updating within the app?
