In this Beta version the export of bleeds in the EXPORT window has been broken. Checking the Include bleed box does not display in the preview and does not recalculate the With bleed: value next to the Size: value, or in some cases it is not possible to turn off Include bleed. Only export to .pdf with bleed works fine.

For me personally, this beta version is completely worthless, because 98% of my work is exporting the project to .jpg, .tif, and .pdf with bleed. I described the bleed export bug in version 1931, but these bugs in this 1954 version are even worse.

Hopefully this bug and regression will not go into the major release update. Error shown in the video.

I have reproduced this. Oddly enough, if I select "Include Bleed" in the Advanced area, I have the same problem.

However, if I select "Include Bleed" which is available under other file formats in the top section, it applies for PNGs as well when switching over. Unfortunately, if I use the lone option in PNG, it's completely broken. And that brokenness will carry over to other file formats as well.

The other tell: if I have it enabled under JPEG for instance, in the top section... when I go to PNG and try to deselect Include bleed under the Advanced, it literally does nothing. (The bleed remains)

Edit: Designer seems to lack the "Include bleed option" in the top section for alternative formats so it makes it harder to work around this.

So you'll love this fun workaround (In Publisher): If I choose a preset under PNG that DOES NOT have a bleed in it and thus lose my setting. As long as I leave the bottom/Advanced area's "Include bleed" checked, I can go to JPEG and turn it back on in its top section option and then come back and it'll be re-enabled again... if it's already enabled in JPEG already, then it's a matter of just switching to JPEG and then back to PNG and it will readd the bleed again in the export preview. But it's treating the alternative formats top option for include bleed as a master setting for me. The bottom only seems to care if the top option is enabled, so seems the link is broken in formats that do not include the top option... This is easier in Publisher where more options are available for the bleed setting being in the top/master section.

Hi @GRAFKOM

I've passed this over to the devs for investigation, I have found if you enable 'Include build' then close and reopen the export window the size with bleed does then show.
However it is truncated as @MikeTO has pointed out, I've also logged this issue with the devs.

Thanks for your reports.
