Hej, I lost Adobe inDesin by Computer Crash. Because now only Leasing is possible what is invaluable for privat people.

So I would like to know how difficult it is to learn working with Affinity publisher instead of inDesign. I used inDesign since more than 20 years.

Also the other Programs of the Affinity family a concerned as Affinity Photo.

Thanks for helpful answers.

Most people don’t have too much of a problem, but some seem to have real difficulty in using a different app! One thing to keep in mind is that although the software does similar things, the principles are the same, the Affinty software is not just a cheap clone of Adobe, so it does require some effort to learn to use, and to get the most from it. The best thing is to download the trial version, try it out, and ask questions here, if you need help.

Even without the trial installed, you have online access to the Affinity Publisher 2 (Desktop) Quickstart Guide, the official Video Tutorials, the Creative Sessions videos, & the Affinity Spotlight site (with over 150 topics in the Learning section).
