computeartnerd
I'm using affinity designer on mac (high sierra 10.13) and want to buy a physical pen tool to be able to draw properly in the app rather than trying to use the mouse can you recommend one please? firstdefence
Probably the better ones are XP-Pen, Wacom and Huion, Wacom are probably the defacto industry brand but I've always used XP-Pen and have been very pleased with them. The limiter to any drawing tablet is budget, so, what is your budget? thomaso
This was discussed quite a few times before, for instance https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/search/&q=Tablet recommendations&quick=1 Quote macOS 10.14.6 | MacBookPro Retina 15" | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1

I would say £200 is my budget, seeing as I only have one project in mind, I'm not looking to become a serious artist, I'm ok at drawing (I've not done it in years mind) I just want to be able to produce a 'servicable' drawing for a project I have in mind. firstdefence
I used the Deco-03 (1st Gen) and it was a very good drawing tablet, simple to use and just worked. I actually like the Deco MW (W denotes Bluetooth) it's got a great spec with good tilt and pressure sensitivity and will work on all the major operating systems, is portable, will connect to any device that will accept bluetooth; so no messy wires when you have your creativity switched to on and I think the price is reasonable. This is a pretty detailed video showcasing the Deco MW: As for the various colours... Hmmm! you can't beat a nice graphite grey R C-R and computeartnerd 1 1 Quote iMac 27" 2019 Sequoia 15.0 (24A335), iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more...
