Racingbuddy Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 I use windows 11 and it worked fine for a few months. Now it no longer loads. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it still will not load. When I click on the icon it goes busy for a few seconds and then there is no program loaded. Checked with file manager. I loaded it on my old computer with windows 10 and it worked, but I need to use it on my new computer. I posted last month with no help. Is there any real support for this product? I'm trying to learn the program and use it as a photoshop replacement... Thank you, Brian

If by "nothing comes up" you mean no "Clear User Data" window appears, this most likely means you did not hold down the CTRL key before you tried to start the app, or possibly that the app was already running in the background with no visible UI. I tried several times holding the Ctrl key and then clicking on app, icon spins (busy) for a second and disappears. No windows open. The task manager still shows no Affinity apps running.
R C-R Posted August 11, 2023 Posted August 11, 2023 Then all I can suggest is to restart your PC & try holding CTRL down again while trying to start your Affinity app, but I don't think that will help. BTW, which version if the suite do you have? Do all 3 apps in the suite have this issue or just one or two? Racingbuddy Posted August 11, 2023 Author Posted August 11, 2023 I tried restarting PC several times. I was having the same problem with all 3 apps. I uninstalled all the apps and just reinstalled the Photo 2 app (beta) but I was originally using Photo 2 with the same problem.
