Download Affinity on a new computer

Recommended Posts

Dear Sir or Madam,
on 05/24/2022 I bought Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo on an old computer. Unfortunately it broke a few days ago. Now I have a new computer and wanted to re-download Affinity. However, I don't know how. The only thing I have are the two invoices from PayPal that I bought these programs at the time.

I look forward to suggestions for solutions.

Best regards,
blue

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You can redownload the V1 applications from your account at whichever Store you first purchased them.

If you purchased directly from Serif, visit https://Affinity.store/account/downloads and sign-in with the email address and password you used for the purchase, and you should find both a download link and the product code you'll need to reinstall it or install it on a new machine.

Thank your for your answer.
The problem is, there is no account with my email and password.
I tried to login but there is no account with that email, but I have the invoices from paypal on this email.

So I don't really now what to do now.

@Bluexkin Could you please contact affinityorders@serif.com with the Order ID (This should be on the PayPal invoice) and the team will be able to look in to this further for you.
