Bluexkin Posted August 10, 2023 Share Posted August 10, 2023 Dear Sir or Madam, on 05/24/2022 I bought Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo on an old computer. Unfortunately it broke a few days ago. Now I have a new computer and wanted to re-download Affinity. However, I don't know how. The only thing I have are the two invoices from PayPal that I bought these programs at the time. You can redownload the V1 applications from your account at whichever Store you first purchased them. If you purchased directly from Serif, visit https://Affinity.store/account/downloads and sign-in with the email address and password you used for the purchase, and you should find both a download link and the product code you'll need to reinstall it or install it on a new machine. I tried to login but there is no account with that email, but I have the invoices from paypal on this email. So I don't really now what to do now.
