Document Setup dialog mixed state issue

If Master A is Letter, Portrait, Facing and Master B Legal, Landscape, Single, and I choose to edit both at the same time with Document Setup, the attributes shown will be for whichever I selected in the list first rather than showing a mixed state value.

If I don't change any values and click OK then nothing will happen. I'd have thought the master I selected second would be changed to match the master I selected first. If I do change the values then the second master or both will be changed depending on what I change them to.

Also, I know this has been reported before and it's not really a bug but it's confusing: Facing pages is a checkbox under Pages in New Document, a checkbox under Model in Document Setup, and a segmented control under Dimensions in Spread Properties. Three different tabs and two designs for the same control.

I've logged this as an improvement with the team, as I agree the attributes could be clearer when you have mixed values selected - however if these mixed values appeared as blank within this dialog, I would not expect any changes to occur by simply selecting 2 different sized Masters and then selecting OK.

I've logged this with the team as a bug, as personally I agree this should be consistent between dialogs :)

Please see also this bug report. I hadn't previously noticed that aspect of the issue which is related to the known issue with the twice-listed print and press-ready sizes.
