Lisucia Posted August 8, 2023 Posted August 8, 2023 Hi all I want to create a version of the attached file that can be used on darker backgrounds. For this I will change the text to white. I've tried ticking 'Transparent Background' in Document Set Up but the resulting image has white text only up to the border of the green circle. The bits of text that are beyond that disappear!! I'm using Affinity Designer 2 on a PC
GarryP Posted August 8, 2023 Posted August 8, 2023 Are you sure that the text “disappears”? With white text, even with a transparent background, if you are looking at the resultant image on a white background (as most browsers give you) you will not see the white text. Can you supply the exported image so we can see what you can see?
Lisucia Posted August 8, 2023 Author Posted August 8, 2023 Thanks Garry - I think I've figured it out. It seems I had a white rectangle on an unneccesary layer!! Doh!! Old Bruce and GarryP 1 1
GarryP Posted August 8, 2023 Posted August 8, 2023 Good to know you’ve got it sorted. Thanks for telling us.
