I am not able to save or export files.

1. That looks like you're using Photo 2 Beta, but please confirm which release you're using.
2. Also, does the problem occur when you use the non-beta release, or only in the Beta?
3. Also, please confirm if you installed using the standard MSIX installer, or the alternate EXE installer?
4. Does the problem occur if you try to save in some other folder?

The error message you're getting is often caused by Windows Controlled Folder Access, an anti-malware security setting that you can enable in Windows. When you have it enabled, you generally need to specifically allow applications to update the protected folders.

I didn't reinstall for non-beta RELEASE
The same in the other folders.

A few days ago it worked OK.

If you are using Controlled Folders Access, and using the MSIX version of the application, then each time you update the application you will need to re-authorize it, because the folder the application is installed in changes.

Do I understand correctly that you do not have the retail release (2.1.1) installed at all?

The new version was released. 2.2.0. 1931 (BETA), now it is working OK.
