Are you working in IO17 beta? This was mentioned by a lot of users that they couldn’t backup to cloud. Not everyone, bet still a lot.

It looks like there is no contact with the drive, or bad contact. Does your iPad have enough free memory? If you start a new document, and try to save that, first to the iPad, than save to the normal location, is that possible?

yes my ipad have enough free memory

still have 857GB free

and yes it's possible to save new document to my ipad without other operation

but if I start to work with Affinity photo2, soon freeze

especially when I rasterize, duplicate layer

Hi @Sadsadcrush,

When i file gets stuck like that on the home screen, where it just won't load, there isn't a great deal that can be done.  You can try tapping on the menu oi've indicated in the attached screenshot and selecting Duplicate and then try saving the duplicate.  The other option as outlined by Gabe on this post may allow you to recover the file.

Can you just try fully closing Affinity Photo and then start it up and as soon as you see the purple loading screen, starting tapping on the screen and you should get a window appear with a number of toggles on.  1 toggle, clear user defaults will be enabled and you can just tap on Reset.  Affinity will then load as normal.  Now try your normal workflow and see if you have any issues.
