File->Open.

Opening a raw image can take a long time, especially when opening several raw images at once.  There is no indication that Affinity is busy, instead Affinity appears to have locked up for some time and 'program not responding' is displayed.

Suggestion:
- show busy-indicator or display a message to say "opening (or whatever action) <filename>", or
- something like a text box showing the list of files being opened with a progress indicator (bar or in %)
- cancel option?!

The same applies to re-opening files as part of Affinity start-up.  Affinity is unresponsive during file loading and the display can be jumpy if the user selects actions during that time.

Top-right of the app will show the status of loading documents, counting down...

e.g.

Loading 5 documents...
Loading 4 documents...
Loading 3 documents...
Loading 2 documents...
Loading 1 document...
