dlstrick Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 I want to edit my photos on my MAC using Affinity and then save the edited photos back into the Photos file on my MAC. Geminitiger Posted March 17, 2016 Share Posted March 17, 2016 it could be your using the AFphoto as a save rather than Jpeg or tiff. photos doesn't recognise the AFphoto file, instead of save as,use export and you have a choice of file types that Photos can recognise. There is no "Photos file" in Photos, just one or more Photos Libraries, which have the extension ".photoslibrary" & are actually packages (folders that appear as one item).
