Having trouble with a file.

2 computers both with the same version of Publisher (the latest).

1 computer is opening the file with no issues, and the other doesn't. It reports an error 'File contains features from a later version of Affinity'. Both computers are running the same OS Monterey and accessing the same networked share.

Any ideas?

Please carefully check the release of Publisher on each computer again. You can see that on the Splash screen, or the About dialog from the menu, or the Account dialog.

2.0 can't open files saved in 2.1. 2.1 can't open files saved in 2.2 beta.

Are you saying this is a file on a networked (not local) drive that both computers are trying to access at the same time? I don't know if that is directly related to the error message but you should not be trying to edit Affinity files that are not stored locally because this can cause problems like file corruption.
