Impossible to export to raster image formats with bleeds from artboards

Exporting to raster formats with bleeds when using artboards seems to be impossible.
The physical size of the image includes the bleeds, but they are empty.

I'm attaching a simple file reproducing the bug. It's a color rectangle that should bleed, but it doesn't when exported as jpeg, png or other raster formats.

This seems to be linked together, but here the bleeding layer is a "Fill Layer" which also doesn't show in the bleed:

 

 

I think there might be a few more that i reported regarding some kind of issue with bleed/artboards

This is a known bug that is currently logged with our developers it should be fixed in a future update.
