BengtCa Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 When I have to add a new pixel layer, this is always created in the form of a black square instead of a rasterized one. How do I get a rasterized square instead as the function is not the same? /Bengt Quote
GarryP Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 Which application are you using? How do you create a new pixel layer? Where do you see the “form of a black square”? What do you mean by a “rasterized square”? Quote
thomaso Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 It sounds you want to activate the display feature "Transparent Background" (for the document) or "Checkerboard Background" (for layer thumbnails). There is an option in the Layers panel. Quote • MacBookPro Retina 15" | macOS 10.14.6 | Eizo 27" | Affinity V1 • iPad 10.Gen. | iOS 18.5. | Affinity V2.6
BengtCa Posted July 21, 2023 Author Posted July 21, 2023 Thanks thomaso, I had not seen this possibility with the Checkerboard background. Must test. Quote
