JNAZ Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 (edited) I've notice on the Affinity version 2 software, Publisher and Designer fonts do not match. *note the apostrophe* Is there a fix for this? Thank you. Edited July 21, 2023 by JNAZ
Komatös Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 Hi @JNAZ and welcome to the forum. Which font was used to write the text? Does the error also occur with another font? Which OS is used? GarryP Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 In Publisher there is an option (in Settings → Auto-Correct) for “Change straight quotes to typographic quotes”. Have you got this checked? Komatös and R C-R 2
JNAZ Posted July 21, 2023 Author Posted July 21, 2023 I used Helvetica Narrow at first. Yes it does happen with other fonts. I'm using windows 10.
JNAZ Posted July 21, 2023 Author Posted July 21, 2023 Yes! That option was checked. Thank you very much.
kenmcd Posted July 24, 2023 Posted July 24, 2023 ADesigner does not have Auto-Correct like APub does. So you type an apostrophe - that is what you get.
