walt.farrell
When I Open and Develop your image on my iPad, I see it is 4608 x 3464 px. What do you see, and what do you think it should be? casv
This is what is looking on my iPad Pro 11 with M2 chip. Note that you need to import the document to see this. It should be 4592 x 3448 px instead of 1920 x 1440 px.
casv
When in Photo mode you will see this. The resize values to the left side are not altered.
walt.farrell
2 hours ago, casv said: It should be 4592 x 3448 px Probably it should be the size I mentioned, 4608 x 3464 px, if you have the Develop Assistant configured to use the Serif Labs RAW Engine, as Serif retains more of the edge pixels that the sensor provides than other RAW engines retain. So the RAW images will generally be somewhat bigger in pixel dimensions in Affinity Photo. I didn't look at the metadata; I'll take a look on the iPad again later. But on my Windows system I see this which agrees with the image size I saw on my iPad after Developing it. Staff stokerg Posted July 21, 2023 Staff Share Posted July 21, 2023 Hi @casv, Thanks for reporting this. I've replicated the issue here on my iPad and have just got this logged with the Developers. I suspect the incorrect size of 1920 x 1440 that's being reported is actually the size of the embedded JPG thumbnail of the RAW file. Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted August 8, 2023 Staff Share Posted August 8, 2023 The issue "[iPad] RAW file from a Panasonic DMC-GM5 shows wrong size in Metadata Studio 1920 x 1440 instead of 4608 x 3464" (REF: AFP-6320) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1931". This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
