Some reassigned hotkeys are not saved after restarting Affinity Designer 2 (Mac OS)

What release of Designer 2? What version of macOS?

You say "some" are not saved. Which ones?

Also, are you closing Designer properly after saving them? They're really only saved on a normal shutdown of the application, in my experience.

Designer version 2.1.1, Mac OS - 13.4.1

I change the keyboard shortcut to change the brush size in Pixel person from "[" "]" to "S" "W" and from the next launch of the program they fly off and return to "[" "]"

I seem to save correctly, but if it's not difficult, can you tell me how you save?

Generally I just Close the Settings dialog, and then Exit/Close the program. 

From the Shortcuts portion of the Settings dialog you can also explicitly save a shortcuts file, which you can later reload, but that isn't supposed to be needed for normal usage like you're describIHG.
