Are you on Windows or Mac?

Did you purchase version 1 from Serif or the Mac App Store (or the Windows version of the MAS)?

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

I think you have a second account K**********8@gmail.com continaing the Affinity Designer V1 license

As it was purchased using that email address, the product key will expect you to use that email address when you install it (not the one on your main account).

can I go back and install v1

Sure, you can get download links from your account(s) Downloads section or from these Windows links below, and install with the product key and email address you used when you purchased them (so Photo and Publisher use ****@aol.com and Designer uses *****@gmail.com )

Designer - https://store.serif.com/update/windows/designer/1/
Publisher - https://store.serif.com/update/windows/publisher/1/

AD/AP/AP version 1

For future reference, AP is Affinity Photo. To avoid confusion when using abbreviations, it’s best to refer to Photo as APh and to Publisher as APu or APub.

For future reference, the Windows version of the Mac App Store is the Microsoft Store.

Patrick I have install AD v1 all of my presets and asset and new brushes are not there. I wanted to recovered them as well

Do you have a system backup of the old laptop you can recover them from? If so, you need to locate the appropriate .propcol files described in this FAQ article, and out then into the indicated directory:

If you don't have a backup you can restore those files from, you will need to redownload Assets, brushes to etc. from wherever you originally got them, or reinstall from original asset or brush files, or recreate from scratch.
