When I go to my CPU and memory monitor, everything is ok (screenshots below) I run Affinity Publisher v2.1.1 on macbook pro 14 M1 32Go. Dan C Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 Hi @V_rob, Thanks for your report and I'm sorry to see you're having trouble! I've not seen this occur across different Pixel layers within a singular document previously - if you right-click the 'slow' Pixel layer and select Rasterise, then try painting on this layer once again, do you find the behaviour now matches the 'ok' layer? V_rob Posted July 18, 2023 Author Posted July 18, 2023 Hi @Dan Cand thank you for the reply unfortunately I had to continue on my document and at one point I merged both layers. Today when I reopen the document the layer merged is not getting slow. But as the problem appeared after maybe one our two hours of work I'm not sure I can repeat it now... Also I forgot to tell but I turned off and on my Mac and reopened the document and it did'nt solve the problem. Quote
Dan C Posted July 18, 2023 Posted July 18, 2023 No problem at all, I certainly understand and many thanks for letting me know! I will be sure to keep an eye out for further reports of this issue, if this does return please try the steps above and if this doesn't resolve the issue please don't hesitate to reply here Quote
