Affinity beta 2.2.0(1903) - Color Picker Tool it works incorrectly

Recommended Posts

on the previous beta 2.2.0 - the Color Picker Tool worked perfectly (worked with a magnifying glass - very convenient), today the program has been updated to a new beta version - earlier if you select an object and use the Color Picker Tool - the object was painted in the color I needed, now the color changes picker occurs, but the object is not painted

the topic has exhausted itself, you need to check the box "Apply to Selection", the box checkbox does not remember its position, you need to turn it on every time - its draw me crazy.

Correct. The program does not remember that the "Apply to Selection" item was selected And that's why the Real-time Color Picker doesn't work. If you check this option in a program and close the program, then restart it, you will have to check "Apply to Selection" again. This is a regression in terms of the previous full and Beta releases.

The issue "Colour Picker Tool: Auto-apply/Apply to Selection is now disabled by default" (REF: AFP-6303) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1951".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
