Update from 2.04 to 2.1.1 crashes every time

Recommended Posts

Every time I open v 2.04 it says an update to v 2.1.1 is available but v 2.04 crashes before anything can happen.  I have looked for v 2.1.1 on the website but can not find it.  Either it needs to be put up as an update on the web site or somehow v 2.04 needs to be able to access the proper update file by itself.  Thanks

Hello, it is not very sensible to list your email address as your forum name.

this has not been allowed for a loooong time.

@roypalmer51

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums  :)

As you will notice I have changed your forum username so does not look like an email address, I hope this is OK. For a couple of years this has not been allowed for new users, but as you technically joined more than 3 years ago your account preceded this change, so I have tweaked it for you. having not posted before this had not shown up.
