Placed Publisher document loses Page Box information

If I place a Publisher file (A0) with Page Box "BleedBox" in a Publisher file (A3) and save and close the A3 file and then edit the A0 file, the A3 file loses the Page Box information the next time I open it. If I reopen the A3 file and update the A0 file in the Resource Manager, Publisher resets the PageBox information of the A0 file to TrimBox and changes the scaling of the A0 file. This does not happen if I have the A3 file open while editing the A0 file.
