Looking to contact customer service

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am a retired graphic designer, who worked with the Adobe Creative suite for many years.

I am frequently asked to design for the local community now. I have to turn them down because Adobe products are so expensive.

I have an iPad and would like to buy V2 of the Affinity bundle.

As I can’t find a way of contacting you by phone I just want to check my set up is compatable up to scratch for Affinity 2.

I can’t wait to start using it!

Also can you tell me what the price is for the V2 universal license on Designer, Photo and Publisher.

Is it £89.99?

I look forward to speaking to someone on your team or a reply here,

Thanks and Regards

Kathryn

If you are upgrading from V1, the discounted price of the Universal license would be £89.99. If this is the first time you have bought an Affinity program, the current discounted price for a Universal license would be would be £119.99.

Hi @jc-,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums :)

why affinity site is closed

I'm not certain which 'site' you are referring to, as our websites appear online and operational.

If you were trying to contact us via phone before posting here on the forums then our offices were closed at that time. Please try calling between 9am - 4pm GMT (BST during the summer) to speak to our customer service team.
