Hangman
Hi @Jim Kelly and welcome to the forums, Could you confirm the following: Which version of Publisher you are using? What message do you get when attempting to open the Publisher file, e.g., I get a 'The file type is not supported' error message in 1.10.6, a 'The file appears to be corrupted' error in 2.1.0 but the file opens in the current Beta 2.2.0. If you're using version 2.0.4 or 2.1.0 you could sign up for the 2.2.0 Beta where the file will open which means you will at least be able to continue working with your file but if you're using 1.10.6 then if you could you use 'Save as Package' to save a new version of the file so it will include all the linked resources, Zip the contents of the folder and then DM the Zip file to me (because of the fonts)... or alternatively just Zip the linked resources, JPEG and PDF Files and upload to the forum and DM the fonts to me... I'll then see if I can restore the file back to the version you're using. Out of interest, is there a particular reason for using 600 dpi for the document dpi?
