Staff StevenS Posted July 6, 2023 Staff Share Posted July 6, 2023 Hi @keith L, welcome to the Affinity forum. It is not clear from your post whether you are trying to install one of the V1 apps you purchased a few years ago or the V2 app you purchased last year. Assuming that it is the V2 app, our V2 apps do require Windows® 10 May 2020 Update (2004, 20H1, build 19041) or later to run as advised in the system requirements area on our website. If however you are referring to one of our V1 apps, you should not have any issues running them on Windows 10 and if you could provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, we can look in to this further for you. Quote Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.
