Lines, pages, frames jump when switching between Personas

This applies to both 2.1.1 and 2.2 beta versions.

@anto Can you expand on this some more. Which lines, pages and frames? The Publisher persona has panels open on the left, so this will move the page over to make room for them, whereas the Draw and Photo personas don't have any panels on the left hand side open but do have different UI elements. Also switching between the different personas means the document has to be redrawn.

Also if you're logging this against the beta (2.2) please post in the dedicated beta section of the forum. As beta issues are being looked after by a different team.

Lines means rulers, sorry for the translation. If you draw text frames on the page, they jump twice, i.e., they blink. Also, rulers blink (jump) twice.
This problem is affecting both beta 2.2 and 2.1.1
