How to convert Artistic Text into Vector?

Please explain what you mean. Text is vector data, initially, not raster.

‘Convert to Curves’ will give you curves that you can edit with the Node Tool (but the text will no longer be editable as text).

For that, you need Convert to Curves.

Open the Help, type Convert to Curves into the Search, and you'll have your answer: https://affinity.help/designeripad/en-US.lproj/pages/ObjectControl/converttocurves.html

Also, to "tag" another user: 

1. Type the @ sign.

2. Start typing their username. 

3. Select the right username from the list that pops up.

You'll then get something like this: @Mainecoon364 rather than sometime like this @Mainecoon364.
