Hi! I am trying to use this PSD mockup / smart object in affinity designer 2. However, I've run into this issue with the essential oils bottle label being stretched out looking even though the label is the same size 2x2" on the smart object. Can anyone give any insight on how I can fix this?

Thank you so much!

In PhotoV1 I have this option

Is it available in Designer and is it ticked?
Even if it's yes & yes, Affinity struggles with Smart Objects and can't handle all of them

Yes, it is available in AD V2 ... although among other options it is not mentioned in the General section of the online Settings (or Preferences) V2 help topic.

Yes I’ve got it checked for the psd in designer 2. I’ve brought the file actually into photopea to try out but still having the same issue with this mock-up.

If you mean you are having the same problem in Photopea as in Affinity, that suggests there is something in the PSD file that is causing the problem rather than a problem in Affinity itself.
