Text Styles panel background doesn't adapt to dark/light mode changes

Admittedly this isn't very important but you change from dark to light mode or vice versa, the background of the Text Styles list isn't set properly like it is for similar panels with lists of items. You have to restart Publisher for the background colour to be updated correctly. It doesn't matter if a document is opened or not but I took these screenshots without a document open so more of the background would be visible.

It's hard to see in the Dark mode, but in Light mode (bottom left screenshot) it's obvious that Text Styles doesn't share the same background colour as the other panels with lists. It is different in Dark mode, too, though.
