Affinity Publisher 2 crashes when out of focus - macOS Sonoma beta 2

Whenever Affinity Publisher 2 gets out of focus the application crashes. Important is that I am on the macOS Sonoma beta 2. This does not happen in Designer or Photo.

The Affinity Apps have not been updated to officially support MacOS Sonoma yet since it is currently a preview/beta build, and as a result this can result in unexpected issues whilst using the apps, I would therefore recommend rolling back to Ventura until official support has been added. The apps will likely be updated to support Sonoma likely nearer the time of it's official release (And possibly in the upcoming 2.2 beta). 🙂

@NathanC I understand! Just wanted to let other people know. The beta version of publisher works better and version 1 is also more stable. Both however seem to have difficulties when using the merge data tool in combination with the fields window. So I would also advise to use Ventura if you want to use publisher.

The issue "[macOS Sonoma] App crash when clicking outside Window" (REF: AFB-7966) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.2.0.1925".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
