Hi @DEF13,

This is still working as expected for me on Mac and Windows, though I have to make sure that my window focus is on the filter settings that is currently open and not the canvas area by left clicking anywhere in the filter settings, I can then begin using TAB to switch between the options. If my focus is on the canvas area, TAB will invoke the 'Toggle UI' shortcut.

Thanks for your answer.

I've take my time to give an exact feed back.

Macbook Pro Intel i9 (2,4 Ghz / 64 GO RAM)
Mac OS 12.6.6
Affinity Photo 2.1.1

I met this problem after the 2.1 update.

What's I discribe below is something I do several time a day (since a long long time ago) :
Select a layer
Select the gaussian blur tool (destructive, not dynamic filter)
The little panel with the slider is open
Tape a filter factor
(The problema apeare here) BEFORE, when I use TAB key, the result of the filter is temporaly apply to see the result and I can tape immediatly a new factor if I need it.
NOW, after using the TAB key, the cursor jump before the previous caracter and it doesn't apply the result (for example : if you tape "10" and TAB key, the cusor jump between "1" and "0" and you'll never see the result … you have to press "return" key to see the preview.

I'm a professionnal graphic designer since 1998 and using TAB key to obtain a preview result is quite natural for me and using TAB key this way is common in lots of software even in Affinity Photo until the 2.1 update.

Sadly this use of the Tab key in all sorts of number fields is broken throughout the Affinity Suite. I and many others have pointed this out here in the forums but for some unknown reason it is not something the developers care to fix.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
