Use Affinity Photo to remove a Bulging Chest of a Man in a Photo ?

Hi Guys,

So I clicked a Photo of somebody and he is not too happy about the Male Boobs that appears in this Picture. is there a way to reduce the bulging, protruding chest/breast of this Man ?

He is is literally pleading me to to do something and reduce it using some trick or method.

I used the Liquify Persona but it is not doing much.

Any Help ?

Burn the man boobs' highlights
Dodge the man boobs' shadows
