AD2: How to Set Colour Overlay

I'm in the FX menu and all I seem to be able to to do is turn Colour Overlay on and off

I can't get it to set the colour - I've tried holding the pen down on Colour Overlay and swiping left or just using the Colour Wheel on the top right and I can't figure it out

I've done this before on V1 but haven't used V2 much yet - I think on V1 I just held the pen down for a second and it opened up the window 

So what do I do - how do I set the colour ?

Anyway I found the bit in the context toolbar and it's not working either

Why is nothing working on this software today - every time I go away and come back to use this software it's just problem after problem !

I got it - I need to click on Colour Overlay first to set the Context Menu

Whatever was there on the Context Menu before when I was trying to do this wasn't the menu I needed

That's what I tried to say. Sorry I wasn't clear.

And it's the same as on desktop in that regard. The settings are for the effect you have selected/highlighted.
