In the Plotter CutWizard is attached as cutting software. Sorry can not drive Affinity Designer CutWizard. Can you recommend me an alternative to CutWizard? Busenitz Posted March 11, 2016 Share Posted March 11, 2016 Is the CutWizard a full app, or a plugin for another app? If it is a full app - does it allow you to import SVG or PDF? JevoUK Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 I sent a tweet to Silhouette America asking if they had any plans to add the Affinity file format to the Studio app, I got a reply saying they would pass the info on to their developing team. We do export PDF and SVG, so you should look into using those file formats. Signguy Posted April 20, 2016 Share Posted April 20, 2016 Cutwizard is compatible with only a couple of cutters/plotters. I would not expect Silhouette America to put a lot of time into getting this to work. Their are other options out there but you will need to export from AD and import into your cutting software. Busenitz Posted April 29, 2016 Share Posted April 29, 2016 Silhouette sells the plug ins for CorelDRAW and AI, so I would think the plug in for AD would have to come from them as well.
