Publisher - Prints come out too small

I'm trying to print playing cards (63mm x 88mm), but the cards come out too small(61mm x 85mm). I print on a Brother L3750.

My print settings are:

(all settings left to default)

This is the file I'm trying to print:cards_v2.afpub

This issue happens in both Publisher V1 and V2. 

What am I doing wrong?

At first glance, nothing. Prints fine on a Color Laserjet. First: Change Paper Size to A4. I dislike "Defined by Driver". Second: Open Properties of the printer if there is a scaling not being 100 %.

Strange. My final idea: Export as PDF and print from your PDF reader. Or finalfinal idea: Print with a 104% scaling.

Maybe it's the printer - Export as PDF didn't help either. 104% Scaling works of course, but it's still off sub-millimeter. Kinda frustrating

More Detail: Using the printer driver automatically selected and Installed by Windows 10 will result in erroneous print scaling on a Brother printer. On my printer when I scale at 100.5& the display shows 101 but the output is printed correctly at 100.5%.  Scaling at 100.3% displays 100% but the actual print does seem correct. So it might be worth experimenting with the scale value in increments of 0.1%..

Yes! I had to install the drivers using the printer driver's .inf-file, as the normal software suite didn't work. Now it works pretty well, although still a little off (deviation per dimension: <0.5mm, so my card was printed with ~62.5mm x ~88mm instead of 63x88). I guess the basic windows printer driver is buggy, at least for that printer.
