I updated to 2.1.1 Designer and whenever I export any image, it does show once but then nothing after that. Especially when I created a black background. I export the image and it IS correct but it just did't show in the preview before exporting.

Hi @Snazzyd1,

Can you provide a little more information, e.g., what dimensions do you have for your Designer file and approximately what is the file size?

There is a known bug when very large files appear in the export preview zoomed to 10% or less where the preview doesn't display, although you do have the option to zoom the preview. Having said that, it sounds as though your issue may be different.

Can you perhaps provide a screengrab of your export window or a screen recording showing the issue you're seeing?

Hi @Snazzyd1,

This is indeed a known and logged bug, your export preview window is showing the zoom level at 4%, if you make your export window a little larger and zoom in to your preview so it's above 10% you will then see the preview.
