Creating a new book reduces the height of the Books panel

Each time you create a new Book on macOS, the undocked Books panel shrinks by 4 pixels until eventually you reach its minimum size.

FWIW, a similar thing happens with several panels, e.g., both the Pinning and Table panels shrink when floated, collapsed and then expanded...
