kcshield Posted June 20, 2023 Share Posted June 20, 2023 I just upgraded today to V2 from V1. went to export my design to a jpeg to send off for approval, but every time I hit file-Export the program just shuts down. If you'd prefer not to upload your file to the public forum you can reply to this post requesting a private Dropbox link which will allow you to upload your file so someone from the moderation or development team can take a look and report back. That doesn't tell that much in terms of the real/concrete crash reason here. - It tells so far which system GPUs you have and which one is used (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER) and that there is some problem in loading your "Wintab32.dll" for tablet usage. You might better look if there are some by Affinity generated crash reports ... ... or some Windows crash/error reports via the Windows Event Viewer for ADe 2.
