I've got the 'The file appears to be corrupted.' dialog box. I'm on version 2.1.0 Mac.

Anyway I can get the file working?? It's about 25hrs of work lost at this point.

Can share the file with a Moderator.

Welcome!

Was the file in Q here, loaded (and saved) from (on) your local drive, or some external drive, or cloud space? - However, some Forum Mod can offer you some upload link and then take a proper look at your file, as far as they stumble about this thread and your request.

In rare cases it works to open a previous document state (or create a new document) and use menu Document > Add Pages From File… to get the corrupted pages imported without this issue.

Hi Sarah3585,

Welcome to the forums :)

Please could you tell me if the file was saved locally our to a network drive etc as V_Kyr asked? If you upload your file to the following DropBox link I'll be able to look into this further with you however its worth noting that not all files can be recovered.

Thanks

It was running off Google Drive, and I see that could have been the issue (not usually an issue with Adobe software so didn't think twice about it) 😭

I have uploaded the file to Dropbox.

Thank you! @Callum

Apologies for the delayed response I unfortunately have been un able to repair this file so will need to to pass it on to our dev team for further investigation. I would advise recreating the file if it is time sensitive as our devs are very busy at the moment I apologise for any inconvenience this causes you.

Thanks
C

Thanks for coming back to me. I had to re-create the file in the end, so no need to bother the devs.
