srg Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 I have a new MacbookPro that I connected to a Studio display and work with macOS Ventura 13.4. My printer is an Epson p7570. I would like to know which is the best combination of display settings of the Studio Display and color profile in Photo settings. In the screen shot there are the presets allowed in macOS.
srg Posted June 22, 2023 Author Posted June 22, 2023 Is it possible nobody uses a Mac with silicon chip here?

More likely no one knows about your exact combination (display and printer), or perhaps no one understands how settings for the two would be related. You calibrate your monitor so it gives accurate color. And you use the right print profiles for your printer. I'm not sure there is such a thing as the right display settings for a particular printer. -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop 1: Windows 11 Pro 24H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. I tried a few of them and had only problems. the best results I had with the Apple P3 which is similar to Adobe 1998 which was using before. By the way, I think that soft proof really stinks, never got any improvements over just working on the screen.
