Hi @yuna00000 and welcome to the forums,

Are you able to let us know which brushes you downloaded and where you downloaded them from and also which Affinity app you are trying to use the brushes in?

You've mentioned Publisher, but Publisher doesn't have a Brush Tool. You would need to also have Designer or Photo installed, to use Brushes, and then you'd need to use the Designer Persona or Photo Persona in Publisher to have a Brush Tool.

You've also shown the Stroke Panel, and if you're trying to use the Textured Line style there (with the Brush icon) you would need to be in Designer or in the Designer Persona of Publisher. You cannot use that from the Publisher Persona or the Photo Persona. Also, you will need Affinity vector brushes, not raster brushes.

I see. I didn't know that there isn't Brush tool.Thank you.
