How to create missing part after cloning something away.

Welcome to the forum, It would be easier seeing the image but based on your question you're going to need the clone tool to sample part of the baby to paint back in.

Yep...

 

Using the Selection brush to select the part you need and then cut and paste into the other image. May have to use some layer Adjustments like Brightness/Contrast so colour and brightness match the original. There are a few more steps but it's possible.

Would be the same as if you were just simply composting two images but in your case requires a bit more work. Again it all depends on the images you're working with and might be easier for the guys on here to give tips if we saw what you were working with...
