Since I downloaded Affinity Photo V2 around Christmas time, I have been unable to sign in to my Affinity account. Despite entering my account details and repeatedly clicking the "sign in" button, the sign-in process does not work. Even if I close the program and relaunch it, I am consistently redirected to the sign-in or create an account screen.

This issue is not limited to Affinity Photo V2; it affects all of the software in the Affinity suite. Fortunately, my programs are registered under my account, so I still have access to their full functionality. Interestingly, when I open a document in Publisher, I can use studio link without any problems. It's puzzling why I can't connect my account within Affinity Photo V2. I have included a screen capture to illustrate the issue, along with another one showcasing the functioning studio link feature. How can i solve this?

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

When you try to sign-in, do you get an error message? If so, what does it say?

Can you provide a screenshot showing what happens when you try (with your credentials blanked out, of course)?
