Minor help content issues

Just a few minor issues with the online help. I know you probably know about the many v1 screenshots still in v2 but these are the more obvious ones.

• The 2 screenshots are of v1
• Image workspace_separated.png from the v1 page was replaced by image docwindows.jpg in v2 but workspace_separated.png is still bundled with v2 help and is no longer used - something to delete

• It states Metal requires 10.13 and unplugging of eGPUs requires 10.14 but since Affinity's minimum system requirement is now 10.15 these statements could be removed.
