If you have too, use simple fonts, fancy fonts generally look cheesy unless there is a specific reason for using it. With regard to text on the background, that can be distracting and also messy, honestly I'd steer clear of this idea.

@Paresh  Here are some ideas for simple fonts.  I thought they had a bit more "heft," in case you do plan to use text on top of your image.  Although I definitely agree with @firstdefence that "less is more."
