Kat Penzkover Posted June 10, 2023 Posted June 10, 2023 Hello: I recently purchased Affinity Designer 2 for my department. I successfully downloaded the app and logged in using the activation key given. However, I have an administrator account on the Mac and a student account. I did all the authorization thought the Admin account and then I placed the Affinity2.defaults file in Library/ApplicationSupport/Serif/ folder but when I start Affinity using the Student account it re-asks for the activation key for the product. What am I missing? I tried closing everything and restarting the computer. Kat Quote

It sounds like you have purchased an Education license, and in that case you should probably direct that kind of question to edusupport@serif.com via email. They don't usually deal with activation issues for Education or Commercial licenses here.
